I don't know a thing about that game BUT just watching that vid and listening to how intense some of those guys were, what Leroy did was a gut buster.

World of Warcraft isnt too bad on a situation like this. Receovering from a "Raid Wipe" can be done in a short time, compared to Everquest.

 

Some raids that failed in Everquest could require some serious time (4 to 6 hours), and may eventually need some speical help from the larger "uber" guilds.

 

Leeroy is just an idiot, but WoW wipes are easy to get past.

This isnt the original Leeroy video.

 

The original was of a big time raid and the ORIGINAL (not saying this guy is a copycat, but the next day EVERY sever had a Leeroy Jenkins) Leeroy who was a rogue (thief) looted an item that was supposed to be for a hunter (ranger).

 

Bascially after he looted it the teamspeak (all the people playing talking together) was hilarious, people were crying, threatening all kinds of nuclear war against this guy, etc.

 

The original was 10 times as funny, but I can not find a link.
