Whats up? New here

Hey everyone, my names David im 18. Live in Phoenix AZ as of now for school. I attend UTI for Auto Deisel and Industrial classes. From Santa Maria, Ca. Born in West Milford New Jersey. I love working on cars and offroading. Was really into prerunners and dezert racing, but live in an apt now and cant work on stuff so thats put off for a while. I have a 2006 YZ 250F limited edition dirtbike, love to ride. I got my self a 2005 GMC Seirra 5.3L 4x4 ext cab, work truck edition(rubber floors, Manual windows, all that nonsense, sees alot of off road, no reason for all the other stuff plus it was cheaper). This is my first GM truck, always been a big ford and toyota fan, mostly because thats all i have ever owned, but im loving my GMC right now. Its all stock for now, got some plans but dont know to much aftermarket companies and little tricks that most of you will probably know. Hopefully you guys/gals can help me out. I posted a few pics of it in the picture section. I want to get some torsion keys to get alittle lift out of it soon and some bigger tires along with exhaust real soon. Warrenty is almost up so im ready for it now. Also want to get a little more power out of it without doing internal engine mods. Hopefully i can learn some more stuff about it here. Anyone from the Phoenix area that rides or off roads? Dont know to many places to go, been here 7 months but never had to much time to get out and see the dezert, if so hit me up i always down to go on off roading or riding trips.

Sounds like you've been all over. Welcome. My uncle lived in Phoenix till he passed away a few years back. I definitely enjoyed the few times I've been out there.
