Wind Noise: Front windshield?

I've got a '02 Z71 ext. cab, and its had a wind noise since I bought it used. From the drivers side, it sounds like its coming from the passenger side of the front window. From the passenger side, it sounds like its coming from the drivers side. Anyone else had this problem or know where it might be coming from?

Oh yeah, and it only makes noise when going 70+, and if there is a cross-wind of 10-15mph, no noise.

Mine makes noise when I put the hood bra on. Do you have a bra or a hood deflector?

I've got the hood deflector on...came with it so don't know what its like without it.

Maybe try taking the hood deflector off and giving it a try. Some deflectors cause a lot of turbulance.

Yep,Its probably the hood deflector causing the A-Pillar moldings to flap.

You need to either silicone them down or use double face tape under them to glue them down,I've done this before and it worked.

Thanks. Hopefully thats it...lot less expesive than resealing the windshield.

Bug guards causing a change in airflow up near those trim strips along the windshield is a known issue that we've discussed here before. I'd explore that road first and see what the dealer will do for you.
