Door Grommet/Wire Loom Replacement?

Does anyone have somewhat detailed instructions as to how to replace the wireloom/door grommet on the drivers side that has all the wiring for all the door electronics running through it? I'm assuming I have to take the door panel off and unplug everything to get the old loom out and the new one in its place? Any help would be appreciated. I see my truck has a lot of those cheap plastic junk for clips holding trim pieces in. I already broke one trying to remove a piece of trim. Thanks.
