86 S-15 rough/varying idle/hesitation/stumbling

Hi, this is my 3rd thread started about different problems/questions. Anyway, 86' S-15 2.8L..... it has a little rough idle, idle varies when idling, also has a slight hesitaion when speeding up and truck starts jerking when going at a constant speed. By the way, its standard. I put a scan tool on it today........BLM's start off good mid 120's, then drop off to something like 109. Integrator remains a constant 127-128. I have a suspician its the injectors. I have had not much much experience with fuel injection. But when its running, there is a constant steady stream (like a water tap on low) of fuel coming from injectors.....when you rev it up, only then can you see a noticable cone shaped spray. Both injectors do this (throttle body). I think thats where my problem is, but I would like idea's or some comformation before I spend mega bucks.
