Wheel offset and backspacing

Does anyone know for sure what the offset and backspacing is on the stock 16x7 aluminum wheels on the new body style Silverado's?

Uhm, I am pretty sure the backspacing on the stock Silverado wheels is 5.25", but I can't remember or find the offset.

I been told by several tire/wheel dealers the backspacing is 5".  It's also real easy to measure.  Measure from the backside of the lug mounting plate to the innermost part of the wheel (i.e. the lip of the wheel).  There's a good picture shown under "wheel specs" at: http://www.eaglewheels.com/.  You should be able to measure while it's on the truck.

 

Offset is also shown on the link and is not too difficult to measure. It's usually measured in millimeters.
