Service 4WD Light

My Service 4WD Light came on today so I figured I would see what happens when I try to engage it.

It will engage into 4Lo but not in 4HI or Auto.

4Hi you can hear the transfer try to engage but it never locks.

Auto doesn't even try to engage.

The weird thing is that the light doesn't come on until after I drive it a couple miles or more.

Any one have any Ideas?

Its still under warranty but I havent had a chance to take it in.

I had something similar to that going on 3 weeks ago.  They replaced the push button control panel, and it works fine now.  I think they have had this problem with a lot of the trucks.  It was all warranty work.
