Lumbar seat problems

We recently had the motor in our seat fixed so the lumber part of it would work.  Well the motor does work ( you can hear it) however you can't feel the back of the seat move?  I think it's just a bag that fills up with air to adjust it correct?  Has anyone else had this problem?  Does anyone know what I'm talking about?   :thumbs:

No it's not correct. There's a 14 point lumbar diagnostic in my AllData "Lumar support inoperative". I recommend that you take the truck back and urge the Technician to read.
