Z71 Burb/Tahoe Part (all owners!!!)

Ok today me and my gf went shopping.  Seen a nice black Z71 burb.  What stuck out to me was the plastic piece on the rear fender.  The plastic piece which attaches to the fender flare.  Id be interested in something like this (protect against rock chips).  How is it attached and would it work?  Are the rear fenders on the Z71 Tahoes/Burbs the same as the new (99 and up) silverados? Thanks for any help!!!

If its the piece from wheel to bumper

unfortunetly i dont thin that it will fit the rear fenders of the burban are more rolled kinda like the stepsides, as for attaching theres clips that go under the rear fender.
