2006 Sierra Crew Cab Body Mount Bolt Torque

Can someone tell me the GM torque specification for the 6 (3 per side) body mount bolts on a 2006 crew cab 2500 HD? I am putting on some Westin nerf bars that use the bolts for mounting and they say torque them to 100 foot pounds. That seems very high to me. When I broke them loose, the torque was only 40 to 50 foot pounds. I cannot find the torque in any of the common aftermarket manuals. Appreciate your help.

Looks to me like its 74 lb. ft. Hope this helps.
