switch cat convertors?

my 2000 5.3 4x4 has 86000 miles on it and i've beenthinking of putting on a performance muffler. then i thought that changing the 2 cats would be a wise choice at the same time with magna flow. any thoughts?

Wasted money. Modern CATs flow well (especailly a dual CAT setup) and also less is not more because a gas motor nedds a bit of back pressure to do its best and lower RPM perfomance and MPG will suffer with magnaflows in a dual setup because of this. If you are looking for a magic HP boost, you will not find it here.
