Power driver seat won't slide forward

I have a 2003 Yukon XL, the drivers seat won't go forward, all other functions work.Could this be the switch, how do I diagnose it?

Check under the seat to make sure nothing dropped onto the track that would impede the seat from moving forward.

The track is clear, I worked on it some more, when I move the switch backward, it is actually moving the seat forward towards the steering wheel, but when I move it forward nothing happens.

my side lumbar on my driver's seat works intermittently, guess i need to take it in and get that checked out
