After I bought the truck I knew I had to get something to tow. What should I get...ATVs, jet skis, a boat...?

After taking the kids and dogs to the lake this weekend, I settled on a boat. A 21' 1968 Thompson, to be exact. I couldn't pass up the deal.

FYI the truck had absolutely no problems pulling it. The suspension barely even moved when we hooked it up Anyway, here they are getting along just swell

It's just too bad I have to wait until Saturday to launch

Hope you remembered to fold up your trailer jack before you pulled her to the lake.

I haven't taken her to the lake, yet. I just put it down when I parked to get some weight off the truck. It's sitting overnight while I'm at work and I didn't know if there would be any adverse affects to leaving all the weight on the suspension.

Nice

I remember when my dad got his new 1996 2500, we broke it into doing work at an early age. On the third day that we owned it we had 1500lbs of construction crap in the back and we took it to the local landfill. It was hard to start off a new truck like that but thats what it was for.
