Door bushings?

Just wondering if a 1999 Chevy Silverado has door bushings? My doors pop when you open them and someone on here said it was the bushings. I thought the new body style trucks did not have bushings?

 

if not, what else could it be?

 

also, is there an easy way to test the cruise control to see what is broken on it? mine doesn't work and all the fuses look good so I think it just went out?

You need to replace the door checks. You have to pull the door panels to change them. Go to your local GM dealer and they can hook you up. The most common problem for cruise inop is a code in the computer. Have it scanned.

I actually just replaced the door checks. Can you over tighten them or anything? The doors popped before the new door checks and after so I have no clue. Thanks for the help.
