To Sell or Not To Sell?

I've got a 1997 Chevrolet K1500 that I am debating selling. Just cant decide if it is even worth my time with fuel prices the way they are. Not sure how the market is doing with used trucks. Just thought i would ask around on here and see what ya'll thought.

 

The only reason im thinking about selling it, is because it never gets driven. Ive got a work truck that i drive all day and so i dont really need to have another full size just sitting around. Especially when you still have to make payments and insurance payments even with it sitting. I dont even know how many miles ive put on the thing in the last year without looking. Im guessing somewhere between 2500-4000.

 

so anyway what do you all think?

Can't hurt anything to put it on the market. If it sells, it sells, and your happy. If it doesn't, well, you didn't really lose anything. Even with gas prices how they are, people are still gonna buy used vehicles, even pickups.

Im in Central Illinois and im not sure if im gonna sell or not yet.... would have to research and see what kinda money a truck like this is bringing...

Buy a "list till it sells" add in autotrader, that way you can just sit on your price till it sells, especially if you aren't in any kind of hurry.
