02 Suburban scanner reads po430 replaced rear oyxgen sensor and cleared code, light came back on after 45 minutes of driving. truck drives great except fot light on. Any suggestions?

With that code just replace the o2 sensor

I replaced both rear sensors. but the code keeps coming back. What else can I do?

Is your exhaust stock

yes 5.3 flex fuel

Then most likely the cat converter is bad, but there is a few other things that could couse it. As long as your truck is not over 80,000 miles then the cat covered under Federal Emissions Warrany so take it back to you local GM dealer
