Mirror Problems

My auto-dimming feature seems to have a mind of it's own. I have an 05' Silverado. For some reason the driver side mirror and rear view mirror dim when they shouldn't. They are often dimmed in the early mornings or evenings when there is little to no sun, making them difficult to see. The passenger side mirror is un-affected. Any suggestions???

It's normal for them to dim at night. It's so that your not blinded when some one's behind you with their lights on.

Correct. Only the driver side and rear view mirror are auto dimming.
