removing oil stains from white paint

hey guys, i was driving on the freeway this weekend and apparently was following some one with a oil leak. i was able to remove all of the oil stains except for the stuff on the fender flares. i tried claybar, wax and simple green and still have a stain left. anybody have any suggestions?

It may have etched in, you may need to use an abrasive product like 3M Scratch & Swirl Remover.
