headlights problems

I would like to thank anybody that has a comment ahead of time! I have a 1997 GMC 1500 SLT Pickup. The low beams have stopped working. Since they stopped working I also have no DRL's either. When I turn them on inside I can flip on the high beams and they work, but when I flip back to low beams they don't work. I bought a new headlight switch and it didn't fix it. anybody have any ideas. Again thanks for any help!

Low beam relay.

Don't mean to sound ignorant but where is it. I checked the fuse box under the hood and in the cab and none of the relays show they are related to the headlights.

I had a similar problem on my 98, the problem was the turn signal switch, I have tilt wheel and it eventually pulled the wires apart.
