best starter performance parts

Hi all . just bought a 2006 crewcab silverado fully loaded with 5.3l...i was wondering wut you guys thought was the best exhaust, intake and chip out there....also i really want to get rid of the bouncyness of the front suspension...i did not get the z71 package but figured i could buy better suspension for a cheaper rate than wut gm wanted to charge for it... anyones help would be greatly appreciated......here is what i was looking at for starters........corsa catback side exit exhaust....k&n cold air intake and Zippy tune....thanks for your help....

K&N is kinda like the new Hemi, bunch of hype. There's tons of Air Intakes that all do the same thing, some are dry, some are oiled, some are cheap and out flow stock, some are expensive and out flow stock.
