I was at the local drag strip on friday night with my 2000 GMC Sierra i run about 14.9-15.2 with my 4.8L LS1 and a AEM brute force intake, jet stage 2 chip, pacesetter headers, 3'' dual flowmaster 40 series, msd 8mm low resistence wires. I was stageing and then bang! I thought maybe a broken u-joint, nope my dad towed it home with his 2006 3500 Duramax dually we put it on our hoist and i shreaded the the spider gears... theres only 160,000 km (canadian) on it. Well $700 later for new gears and pin from the dealer and a 1 1/2 hour install later. has this happened to anybody else?
