factory rear dvd on tnr?

have factory tnr, and dvd, with back up camera interface which has two video inputs, there must be a way to use an rca cable at video input and hook up to factory dvd, has anyone done this or know how to do this?

i know i have done this, but can you be clearer on what you mean, there are a couple of mods that we have done that you sound like you may be asking for.

ooh great! thiss is what im looking for. i just installed the delphi tnr800 in my dads truck, have the video bypass with rear view input. what im guessing he's saying whcih i have a problem with, is in his truck we have a factory overhead dvd player. and i want to utilize that dvd player to feed the front monitor. however, i hear that the overhead unit doesnt have a composite video out, and a lareg data harness instead. how can i go abouts to identify the video output wire, and slice into it, and connect a female video output? id rather not go external dvd player. thank you for your time.

As I remember it's the med blue and the purple wires you use. I will try to find my

info. as I did this a month or so ago. And works great.
