There should be many threads on this subject just use the search function. Short answer slide up underneath with an 18mm socket and ratchet. Turn the torsion bar adjusters up 3-4 turns and your set. long version your t-bars may not have enough adjustment to do this cause every truck is a little different. Also half will tell ya to get an alignment afterwards. I would recomend it but it's not always needed. Using a different set of keys(ford) will handle the problem of no adjustment if thats the case. You have to realize when you start adjusting this you are effectively losing down travel in the susupension Some people don't care. Some hate the ride after wards and some think it's better. The suspension was designed to work in the center. deviating from that design can cause accelerated tire wear and ball joint wear. Now that being said I have a after market lift and the t bars cranked a little further than stock. I have 20k on the lift and no problems so far
