2007 VortecMAX 367HP 6.0l ~same MPG as 2002 5.3l

My 2002 295HP 5.3l was EPA stickered at 16/19, the Chevy site shows the 2007 VortecMAX 367HP 6.0l to be 15/19. (both 2wd ratings)

 

That's conservative supercharger range for the 5.3l. Not to mention the torque.

 

I guess I'll have to rethink of just keeping my 2002 when 2008 rolls around.

thats not bad at all,

the Vortecmaxx got about 14/17 real world for 06. and it had 12 less HP too
