I know it has been debated but what is a quality dry cold air intake unit? I do not want an oil unit that can ruin the MAF.

Don't underestimate the stock set, tests prove that is is very good.

What are you trying to accomplish?

 

Cat backs only provide better sound and minimal (~15 hp) gains at very high rpm. Headers do a little better. If your going for mpg. Save your money and get a custom engine tune. Moe HP, TQ and even MPG for the least amount of money IMO.
