Question for those with body lifts

A Friend of mine got this used body kit from a guy who never installed it. He has all the molded pieces that life the body up, but I need to find out what the measurements and what the bracket looks like that relocates the emergency brake cable. Anyone able to scan their install instructions or take some measurements/pics for me, I would greatly appreciate it. My buddy would appreciate it even more. Hes a machinist so he can machine the part that he needs. I remember looking at kits years ago, but I don't remember exactly where the new mount went to to relocate the emergency brake cable. Thanks.
