I have a 2000 Buick. When It was 2 and 3 years old I had all four regulators replaced for free. GM had a problem with it. The first time, they acted like they were being EXTRA generous and offered me a one time repair since I was such a good customer. When I went back for regulator 2, 3, & 4, they said that they didn't even have to call GM for a "special" courtesy repair. The first time I went in they told me that the repair was $400.00+.

Well it took about an hour to put the new one in. It doesnt work as well as the OEM passenger side motor but for $50 I aint complaining. I would have taken pictures but someone else here had a link to some good tech photos already.
