Send your HD pics and Links

Now that I have a HD I think its time for a HD section on the website. Of course I will put up any PICS/Links of your GM trucks, but I would like to see some HD's.

For those of you that have not been to my 2000 Silverado page @ http://2000silverado.cjb.net , you can now find it @ http://2500HD.cjb.net also.

It is a good start page for anyone truck surfing. It started as just a catalog of my favorites and has grown from there. Please post suggestions or comments.

Chane, witch mobil ne cap did u get that fits your 8.1? did u mod it? I ordered the one the 4.3/4.8/5.3/6.0 guys have been getting and it would not fit gave it to my neibor for his wifes blazer

Actually I havn't tried the cap yet. I pulled it off my Silvarado (5.3), but its still sitting in the garage. I'm guessing the 8.1 is bigger?

the top half is identical the "neck portion" has a diffrent o-ring on it and is accually a bit smaller, but the deal killer is one has 2 seperats thread paths and the other only has one ( cant remember witch is witch right now )

I was thinking of cutting the top off the mobil one and glueing it to my stock one but decided it was not worth it and gave it away

I looked @ the Mobil one cap over the weekend. I popped the top off and traded them. I had the do a little modification w/the pocket knife to get it on the HD cap. I glued it and it now fits/looks good like it belongs there. I will get some pics up later..
