2003 Suburban

Suburbans are great right? BUT has anyone ever noticed how they don't hold their value? What's wrong with this picture? The other day I was looking in the paper and somebody had a 2004 suburban for sale for $15,000. I drive a 2003 and still owe $24,000 on it. I have bought chevys for years I've been loyal to them but they are not loyal to me and I think this is why american car companies are losing business. They gouge the consumer and then your truck is worth nothing in a few years. I tried to trade it in and they told me I owe way more then it's worth. I bought my daughter a 2004 Honda Civic she loves it and I noticed by looking in the paper that hondas and all foreign cars hold their value so the question is why should I ever buy a Chevy or any american car again? Why should anyone? We are being ripped off and have been for years.
