Fog lights?

I need to replace my stock fog lights on my 2000 Yukon (late model) are there any recommendations out there? The lenses came off mine and they suck anyway so I'd just like to replace the whole light, not just the bulb.

I think the lights on your truck are the same as a pickup...have a look at PIAA 1500 series...you can get amber or clear and fog or driving...factory lamps are lame, fall either off or apart, as mine did.

I'm wondering the same thing for a '03 Denali. Would that 1500 series would as a replacement for those too?

Do you know what size that the fog lights are for the '03 Denali? It appears that the PIAA 5164 might be a great fit, but I'm not certain.

I might just do that. I just bought some bulbs for my headlights and fog lights that are supposed to illuminate the road better, but I'm not impressed with them. So I'm thinking of getting a Vision HID conversion kit, that's the only way to get the true HID look.

 

I like the PIAA 6084, that appears to be an HID kit at around $1k. And the Vision HID kits are around $260.

Yes the FOG lights do suck for DRIVING, they work great in the fog though. I planned on replacing mine with driving lights that I liked, then figure out a way to mount them to the factory mounts, using the factory wires. If I do it soon, Ill write up a how to. Should be easy though, a little drilling here, a little there.

Just finished installing a set of PIAA 540's in the OEM locations on my '05 Sierra. They fit perfectly in the 5" round bumper openings, not sure if the Denali cutouts are the same as the Sierra.
