I just had a new Alpine Head unit installed and the ones mounted on the back doors on my crew cab, dont.

all the ones in the front work and the ones in the VERY back by the head rest

but not the ones on the back doors.

IDK anything about stereos........

Try the fader in the HU. It's probably set to just the front speakers. :D

Also, if you have 6 speakers which doesn't sound right, but usually there are only four speaker outputs per HU so maybe the tech didn't hook those up. :D

I know that the fader is set in the middle and so is the balance.

There is a tweeter on the driver side and passenger side in the front. (on the doors)

There is a speaker in the drivers door and the passenger door.

(Crew Cab)

There is a speaker in both the back doors below the handle.

There is a speaker in the corner behind both head rests in the back seat.

6 speakers and 2 tweeters

BTW this system is completely stock except for the Alpine Head Unit.

I can't say anything about a CC since I don't have one, but I know with my system, I have tweeters in the A pillars along with the front door mounted ones and they are all connected together. I don't know if the factory wired them that way, but that is the way they are currently because when I tuned all of my speakers via the Alpine HU, the tweeters and the fronts were on at the same time.

Like I said earlier, maybe the install tech didn't hook some up since the HU only supports X-many speakers. Most HU's only offer 4 channels so if you have 6 speakers, maybe he didn't hook the other two up. Why don't you go back or call and ask?

ya I will do that because right now my stock HU sounded better.

the only reason i changed was because the stock cd player was broken

I ask him and find out.
