abs brakes

on my 2002 4wheel the abs light came on .took it to the dealer .the dealer said that the abs brake modual was bad .labor $250 the modual $750. i had bought the ex tented warrenty so it was covered ,but i thought that this was a little high .anyone else have a problem with ther abs brak modual ?

This was a common problem on the '99 - early '01 trucks.

 

The modules can be bought cheap on Ebay...
