work truck axle options?

just wondering do i have to follow option "packages"? i dont want that gov loc anywhere near my rear diff, but i would love to have factory 4.10 gears. would also like to have a regular cab w/t, with the 6.0, floor shift transfer case, and 9.5 with the 4.10 gears.

 

dont want any of the "fluff", i want the burliest truck i can order for my money. i know i cant get a 454 with an sm465 and a 14 bolt in anything anymore, but would still like a modern version of a H/D truck without having to step into a diff. body line.

 

any suggestions, as far as the best drivetrain i can get in a "hose out the interior" new w/t? my only musts are regular cab 4x4, and no 10 bolt gov loc. will take a 12 or 14 bolt gov lock, OR a 10 bolt, but not that combination, it has not held up for me in the past
