Does anyone know what the emissions warranty is on a 2003 silverado??

I know dodge offered unlimited miles 5yr warranty on emissions during the model year what did GM offer?

I believe it is 10 years/100,000 miles. The only thing that would change it is if you had put on aftermarket stuff that would screw up the air/fuel ratio and cause premature Catalitic converter failure.

Well i have not added any aftermarket and i am getting an evap system code. Is that still considered emissions?

It was 8yr / 80k 6 months ago but it may have went to 10yr / 100k along with GM's new warranty. Evap system codes are emissions related but you generaly get them with a dry fuel system leak. First thing you may want to do is check your fuel cap. It it's loose that will throw a evap code... If not did you just have the fuel pump replaced?

LOL!!! I'm such a dumb A%S!!! It could not have changed to 10yr / 100k because that only applies to vehicles after that warranty took effect, LOL again! It is 8yr / 80k for sure. (GM ASE tech now service consultant!)

Was it a P0446? Thats what i was getting. Does your truck take forever to fill up or keep clicking the pump off at gas stations? Its probably from a dirty purge valve. I got under my truck today and took the purge valve canister apart and it was filled to the brim with dirt. I cleaned it all out and it is good so far.

That is the code but the truck fills perfect not slow at all

It could as well be the vent valve solenoid. (It releaves fuel take pressure so that it can breath...) It could be stuck open or closed.... Or that could not even be the problem! There are several things it could be but what ever it is it's a fuel system leak or some sort. (It doesn't have to be physicaly leaking fuel either... Fumes or pressure will cause it as well!) I don't know how well you get along with GM dealers but what you need to have done is a smoke test. At our dealer that runs about $95.00... Prices will vary of course! I recommend getting that done and that will tell you were your leak is coming from!
