Settle my argument please

I saw the response from HiG4's on the decal. It got me thinking about the argument I have with my g/f. Is pewter more gray or is it more tan? I think it is gray, PERIOD. She disagrees and says it is tan color. I can't see any tan at all. I think the gold color is tan. What do you guys think? Am I color blind?

The paint actually seems to be a silver with a combo of gold and charcoal metal flake and it changes depending on the light. That must be why when I ordered my cap they gave me 5 samples to choose from for the color. I hope I never have to replace a body panel or the paint shop will have alot of blending to do. This is by far one of the nicest colors out there to hide dirt.
