new guy on the block

Since I'm new, thought I'd stop in and say hello. While I don't currently own a Chevy or GMC truck this looks like the place to be to learn a thing or two. Before anyone bashes me for my screename, I will say that I have a love of all things automotive, not just Ford products (you can gag now, lol... it's ok). I've been working w/ my buddy to help out his 01 Silverado and figured this is a good place to start. I look forward to talking with you all in the forums. And no worries as I know how to use the search feature of forums so as to avoid asking redundant questions, lol... Well, at least I'll try

Thanks for the welcome. And as far as me owning some Fords, does it count if I have a 95 Formula Firebird half apart in the garage, lol... At least that is partially GM last I checked, at least what's left of it
