Changing Fluids

I have an 06 Silverado 4x4 5.3l and I'm interested in changing all the fluids in my drivetrain and replacing them with royal purple products. Has anyone done that or know how much of which types of oils?

I use Max Gear in my diffs, 75W90. Front takes just under 2 quarts and the rear I think is 3-3 1/2. Your trans will take 14 quarts of ATF with a full flush, motor 5 quarts 5W30 with filter change, t-case 2 quarts. if you have an autotrak t-case you have to use gm autotrak II fluid, no compatible royal purple product.
