Can'f find the spare tire tools

2004 2500 4x4 silverado crewcab.

Can not find the location for the tire tools. lug wrench and the rod that lets you drop

down the spare tire.

 

Found the jack, but not the other tools.

How is the spare tire dropped. Do I have to remove the license plate to do this?

Dahhhh. I know! Oh well.

behind the back seat (not underneath) are the tools. They are covered by a "false floor". It's kinda spring loaded hinges. The access tube for dropping the spare is the black square thing just next to the plate. Plastic door pops open and you may need your key to unlock it so the rod can go in.
