I debadged the truck a few days ago, and I also removed that plastic trim 'door saver' stuff off the doors. Plus my Botwtie 3rd brake light cover came in from UPS, which is awesome because I ordered it 2 days ago, and Ive waited a month for my Outlaw intake. Anyways, heres some pics I took at my buddies place.

Thanks for the comments!

Eyeball Im thinking about doing what you did to the bottom plastic piece on your front bumper - how you painted it white. Mines grey, I think Im going for black...nothing else on the truck is grey!!

Go for it, with a red bumper cap would look awesome! You may be better off buying an OEM 06 black valence for it! I just had a hell of a time finding someone who would paint my Valence for me...The Chevy dealer wouldn't, 3 other body shops wouldn't even discuss it! Finally I found a guy that did it perfectly! He's in the plastic bumper repair business, and he smoothed it, plastic primered it, painted and cleared it! Turned out real nice!....I wish I knew you needed a billet bowtie, I have two extra, a brushed, and a polished one!...I went with chrome!

Im thinking about a new bowtie, not sure though. My old man has a body shop, so I'm going to see what he thinks.

You should do what dad says....I wish my 12 y/o would!!..LOL

 I try to and usually do. I've learned older people have 'been there done that', so it pays to listen! Im going to post a page in the photoshop section and see if someone will photo edit it and see which looks better, red or black. I think either would look much better.

Looks nice, I like the new pick'em up truck! Ill have to think the bowtie over. Once I get this d**n fuss dealt with over my Outlaw intake Im going to look into painting those parts and the bowtie.

Looking good, I wonder what it would look like if the step on the bed was also painted red, along with the plastic on your bumper.
