Ecm Removal

I got my replacement ECM from Wait4Me. I don't have time to install it tonight, but I thought I'd ask: How do I get the ECM out of my '06 Suburban? I looked briefly and saw a plastic case around it, but it didn't open easily. I also saw one bolt that is accessible from underneath it.
