Any Gm Techs Here In The Kcmo Area?

Let me start by saying I'm not looking for the hookup on anything. I am needing to find a knowledgeable GM tech to flash my BCM to accept the UK3 steering wheel audio controls and DIC as well as program a factory GM radio to work with my VIN number. The problem is walking into a dealership off the street the service adviser just doesn't want to mess with because they don't seem to understand what I want. I'm wanting to cut through that and if I can find a good tech that already knows what I want can help me bypass that part of it. I will mount the radio, installed the new clockspring and steering wheel, I just need the electrical part done and have written instructions and exactly what needs to be done for the UK3 and DIC software portion (gotten from here). I'm not looking to get it free or for a twelve pack, I just wanna cut through the poop.
