Sharp Highrider! Do you prefer the painted flares over the grey colour ones like on my truck???? Depending on the truck colour i like the flares painted like on your truck..

At first I liked the grey ones. But the more I looked at the GMC's the better they looked.

Charles, are you on Whidbey Island at the base, just a ferry ride from Port Townsend? Oh and yes, color matched flares look very sharp on your truck-

That's a beautiful island. I was out there on a trip to the PNW in '97 and took my first ferry ride over to Port Townsend and camped out in Sapho for a week. The Macah Indian Mueseum was amazing for being so far out there ad the whole Strait of Juan de Fuca is awesome! Must be awfully loud near that base-

Yea, the A6's are loud but you get used to it. Some day they will be replaced or the base might even be closed down. I'v been here for over 20 years and love it. Unfortunately it's getting a little crowded.
