Magnumb Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 I am looking to install an inline fuel pressure gauge in my 1995 Yukon but can't seem to find a place that sells them. Any thoughts on this. Thanks, Justin
RCH Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 I bought one for my 1991 GMC at pepboys, but the pressure was between 9 and 13 psi. Your fuel pressure is probably higher, around 50 to 60 psi. You can do a search on google and find a lot of options. hope this helps. a performance shop would be a good place to try, even at NAPA I think I saw one there.
Tucson_02Silverado Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 I'm not sure about the 95 TBI's, on my 88 TA TPI L98 (of past, sniff sniff) there was a schrader valve at the fuel rail where a $20 VDO 1.5" could be plumbed in. BTW TPI was 38-50 PSI, TBI was less ~25-30, but again I don't have the details.
Magnumb Posted July 11, 2007 Author Posted July 11, 2007 Thanks!! I hope I have that schrader valve on my truck. Thanks for the help. -Justin
