08 Dark Cherry

What an awesome color. Some 08's are at Ray Chevy and two are Dark Cherry. I wish I had of waited a year to get that.

Is it black with a red metal flake in it, or what? I can't find a good color picture of either of the new colors!!!!!

its like a purple base with the sport red metallic mixed in. Just brighter metalflake in the paint. Looks very cool. I have some paint samples here i got from the carriers at work.

 

The deep ruby metallic is just a darker sport red metallic. No formaldahyde in the paint unlike sport red, therefore we hope not to have the problem of the formaldehyde attracting all the dirt from the mod booths.

Sorry I knew you could not get us any. My question was directed more towards song or anybody else who has access to the trucks in public view and not in a GM employee only area.

Saw one this morning. Color reminds me of the dark red, almost looked brownish, Dodge used last couple of years on the 1500 series trucks.

I wonder if there is a PPG code for the paint that I could x-ref with my Jones/Blair guys.
