Getting a little paranoid here. I know I could head down to my dealer and check, but I wanted to check here too, just to be sure...

 

According to the GMC brochure the color I ordered is Steel Grey Metallic, but looking online at GMC.com Steel Grey Metallic (Grey) is Silver Birch Metallic (has some brown in it). What gives? I guess what I'm asking is if someone could post a pic of their truck in Steel Grey Metallic and verify that GMC.com has the color labeled improperly. If somebody has one???

Both colors are available. Silver Birch is like silver with a little gold spilled in it. Steel Grey is more like a Medium Charcoal Grey... If that is any help.

 

You should just buy a RED one and end all of the confusion. ALL TRUCKS SHOULD BE RED! WOO HOO!

I have a 07 NBS GMC Steel grey metallic truck but do not have any pics of it to post, but I did look on GMC's web site and they do have the colors swithed on there. The Steel grey has no brown in it.
