Do they do an actual Dyno tune?

 

Those are 100x better than a generic mail order tune.

Yes, they can do a actual dyno tune. The thing is, I don't know how long they have been doing this. They do marine engines also. They have a website. www.cp-performance.com. He also said he used Tuner Cat software. Is this a good tuning software?
