Jacking Points Denali Xl

Hepl!! I have a 2007 Denali XL and need to rotate my tires and I need help on the correct way to lift the entire truck off the ground on jack stands. One guy at the dealership told me to use my floor jack on left front frame rail behind LF tire and place stand and lower. Then repeat on right front and then go to the rear and jack up rear pumpkin and place the stands on the frame rails in front of the rear tires and lower. Now the entire truck is off the ground and I can do the modified tire rotation. Does this twist the frame?? Or is there a better way? Thanks for your help.

Thats the way I've been doing it for over 17 years,Ain't hurt anything yet.

Your fine,It ain't gonna twist any worst than it does going down the road and hitting a pothole!

I've always done it this way with no problems. I've even crossed ditches at an angle going into a hillside so steep that one wheel was not touching the ground due to the severe twist. No problems with frame twist. You'll be fine.
