Swapping Stock Speakers

I would like to replace the stock speakers in my 2004 without messing with the stock head unit, for now anyway. I have Boston Acoustic Pro Series stuff left over from my last truck and am wondering about the cross-over points of the stock speakers. I have yet to pull the door panels off and am curious to what I will find. If the cross-over is in the head unit then I will have to wait until I am ready to replace it as well. Any help or ideas are much appreciated.

If it's like my 02 there is no physical crossover unit in the doors...it's wired directly out of the headunit that way.
