Blower Motor Housing Condensate Drain

Every time there is a rain storm i end up with water dripping out of the blower motor housing onto the passenger side floor mat. I've read the posts in this forum about the clogged condensate drain line, but nobody tells where it is located. where does it start and where does it drain to? is there a parts diagram that shows it's location?

The drain is outside of the truck on the firewall. But if the floor is only getting when it rains, it sounds like you have a water leak. The clogged drain usually only acts up on humid days with the a/c on.
