94 Gmc Idle Pulse

I have a 1994 gmc serria auto transmission just put a new motor in and runs great except after it warms up when i'm at a stop the idle pulses up and down, some times it dies. When accerating or at cruiseing speed no problems. I've replaced the throtle position sensor and still the same problem. I have no check engine coming on...any ideas???

Replace the ignition module. I had the same exact problem on my '94 5.7L and we chased it for a couple of months until we found the problem.
